Alessandro Lenisa
Graduated in Orthopedic Techniques from the Catholic University of Rome in 2005.
Specialized in nonlinear podiatry with a thesis on: anatomical or functional short leg. Expert in postural reprogramming.
Owner of the Foot and Posture - Custom Insoles Studio in Bolzano.
Alessandro Lenisa creates custom-made orthopedic, sports, and postural insoles after a baropodometric examination, which involves the static-dynamic-postural evaluation of the patient's foot support on a sensorized pressure platform.
The examination allows for precise measurement of the loads, surfaces, and contact times during walking; it also enables analysis of the patient's postural oscillations while standing and verifies the strategies used to maintain balance.
The insoles are made for specific issues such as flat foot/high arch, valgus/varus foot, hallux valgus and/or rigid, metatarsalgia, Morton’s neuroma, plantar fasciitis, heel spur, Achilles tendonitis, and other foot pathologies, as well as issues with the above structures such as knees, hips, and back.
